The Kinesis Freestyle2 Keyboard convertible keyboard is a revolutionary breakthrough in computer keyboard design. Created with input from ergonomists and health professionals, the Freestyle2 allows users to personalize their adjustments, adapting to the specific needs of each individual.

Both keyboard modules are connected together by a flexible pivot tether allowing an infinite range of splay, greatly reducing ulnar deviation. Each keyboard module has a slide release button that detaches the keyboard from the pivot tether and allows up to 8" of complete separation. Perfect for individual needs ranging from a narrow footprint to complete separation.

While most keyboards have a 10 degree positive slope from front to back, the Freestyle2 has a zero degree slope which minimizes the height, effectively creating negative slope and reducing wrist extension. At only 15 3/8" wide, the Freestyle2 creates a narrow footprint. This reduces over-reach issues by allowing closer placement of any pointing device.

Other convenient features include driver-less hot keys for commonly used mouse actions (Page Forward and Back, Search, Home, Cut, Copy, Paste and Right Click), an embedded 10-key and double wide Delete and Escape keys.
